Join Movement for Choice for a donation-based yoga class at Mimi Rieger Yoga on Sunday, January 25th, from 2:00-3:00 PM, led by Sarah Sterner, to support Ayuda’s free legal services for immigrant families.
Proceeds from this class will directly support Ayuda, a nonprofit providing free legal, social, and language services to low-income immigrants throughout Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
M4C's mission is grounded in the belief that reproductive justice requires legal safety, economic security, and the freedom to live without fear. Immigration status often determines whether someone can access health care, birth control, abortion, housing, employment protections, or community support—which makes Ayuda’s work essential to our collective fight for reproductive justice for all.
